How to Grow and Care

Sedums need very little attention or care. They require plenty of sun and require well well-drained soil (free-draining gritty mix). Never overwater, water only once a week.

If you water from beneath by letting the plant sit in a saucer of water, make sure to pour off any excess water after a few minutes.

A common name for Sedum is Stonecrop, due to the fact that many gardeners joke that only stones need less care and live longer.
