Shipping Policy

 

NOTE:

** WE OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICES from Tuesday To Sundays. Delivery are between 10.30am to 6pm from No Deliveries on Mondays. Purchase has to be made by 4pm for Same day Delivery.

Delivery Fee within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor is calculated upon checkout by LALAMOVE.

For self-collection, please state your pick up date and make appointment before collecting your purchases. 

 

Step 1. Choose your preferred product and add to cart.

Step 2. Choose your preferred delivery date. (Terms and Conditions Applies)

Step 3. If you have a message for recipient, please leave it at the instruction box section (within 30 words count).

Step 4. Proceed to Checkout where you can key in your Delivery Address.

Step 5. You will have two options here, Pick Up or Delivery. If you would like to arrange for your own pick up, please select pick up and please make sure to provide us with your 4 digits order number. Otherwise, select LALAMOVE/ Delivery and and LALAMOVE will calculate your Delivery Fees.

Step 6. Proceed to Payment.


 

PS: If you are living in the USA, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica or Australia, ipay88 (payment merchant) does not accept payment for the listed countries. Please kindly contact us if you would like to make payment via paypal but there would be an additional 10% transaction charges.


PS: We reserve the right to reschedule your delivery dates and fee if it doesn't meet the Policy mentioned above.

 

**Minimum Purchase is RM30 to be entitled for any postage or delivery. There is no minimum spending for self-collection.

 

Please be sure the shipping address provided is correct as we do not refund for undeliverable addresses.  Should you notice that a mistake was made in the shipping address provided please contact us immediately.  We will make every adjustment we can to correct it but we do not guarantee we will be able to correct it.  If there is any damage to the succulents you must let us know (info@pulpygarden.com or click on the WhatsApp button to contact us) within 24 hours for a refund or replacement to be possible, thank you! (Please attach photographs of the damaged product and keep it with you as we will collect it back if/while we decide to replace a new one for you.)

We currently ship within Malaysia, to all states.
Limited selections.
(We do not ship Succulents Arrangement Planters to area out of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor yet.)

Can i Choose a date for my items to be delivered or shipped?

Yes, you can select your preferred date upon check-out. Please take note that we reserve the right to change the delivery date if the date happens to fall on any Public Holidays, or closing days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside of Malaysia.

 

Can I Get Same Day Delivery?

We provide same day delivery for online orders for area within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only. Same day delivery for purchases made between 12am to 4pm. We reserve the right to change the delivery date if the date happens to fall on a Closing and or any Public Holidays.
But if you’re ever in Kuala Lumpur — you may visit our physical store that is open 6-days a week.

 

When do you send my Order?

We will take less than 24 working hours to send your orders and provide you with a tracking number once your order is being reviewed and processed. At the moment, we are using GDex as our Courier Service for postage out of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. For Sabah and Sarawak, our preferred courier service will be POS Laju Express.

 

Order Processing:

Please allow 1 working day for your order to be processed. We need some time for our artisan to source the healthiest and prettiest looking plant and/or to repot your plant depending on your choice. Additional processing time may be required during Sale or Promotional periods due to above average order volume.  We thank you for your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to pack, delivery, post your orders!

 

How do you package them?

Your succulents, house plants and air plants are hand-packed for their journey to your home. We will place them in a bed of shredded recycled paper and may choose to wrap them individually. This protects them from both the weather & damage in the case of rough handling. When you get your succulents, make sure to unwrap them immediately. Get them some sunlight & water them if necessary. We will always attach a care guide card for new plant parents.

 

Self-Collection

We understand that our customers would prefer to pick their plant order to save on delivery charges. Self-collection is available at Pulpy Garden Store Located at No 48, Jalan Doraisamy, Chow Kit, 50300 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Do email us at info@pulpygarden.com or click on the WhatsApp button to contact us if you wish to self collect. We will issue you an invoice for the order.


Plants for self collection can be picked up within 24hours upon receiving payment  via bank transfer or credit card payment.

 

 

Same Day Delivery (KL and Selangor Only)

 

Due to fairness to all our customers and to maintain operations efficiencies, we apologize for not being able to meet any time-specific deliveries. Please contact us should you require same-day delivery after the cutoff time, we will accommodate to our best effort wherever possible.

 

If you are not able to receive at home, we recommend to select your office as the delivery address. All deliveries are done by hand to you or your recipient, and we will prioritize to deliver before 5pm to office addresses. It is our priority to ensure on-time delivery for our customers. However, there could be an occasional delay due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or road congestion. In such rare occasions, our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

 

It is your full responsibility to ensure that your recipient is available to receive the gift when they are delivered. In the event that delivery has to be rescheduled or re-routed, a re-delivery fee will apply.
