can't be left in direct sunlight, it should be placed in Bright Indirect to Medium light to avoid the leaves becoming dulled and less vibrant.

Water -

Aglaonema, Calathea, and Bird's Nest Fern - Water thoroughly when top 25% of soil is dry. Soil should be kept moist but not soggy.
